Please be informed of the following:

1) Persatuan Penduduk Jalil Damai:
To All that have join as a member, Thank you so much for the support and for those that have not sign-up, please contact their respective block representative or any of the committee member as below. We will issue membership number in due course. Please drop any inquiry/issue/suggestion in the respective mail box:

Note: Need volunteers from block F as AJK Persatuan Penduduk

2) Membership Fee: RM5 (one time membership fee)
3) Yearly Fee: RM10 (will be collected on the yearly basis)

4) Cukai Pintu & Full CF : hv submitted all documents to our MP Datuk Tan Chai Ho & awaiting for his assistance. Many thanks to those who have participated the “signature drive”. In the mean time since we have received the cukai pintu fr DBKL, do pay as soon as possible to avoid penalty by DBKL.

5) Outstanding Issues:
1st Letter – Richman Consultants - 6th June, 2005:
Below is the summary of issues raised:
1. LIFTS - ALL LIFTS RUNNING BUT STILL IN BAD SHAPE
2. SECURITY - NEW SETS OF GUARDS W.E.F 1ST AUG 2005 UNDER SANUBARI SECURITY COMPANY
3. SWIMMING POOL - HAS FIXED SHOWER HEADS & LIGHTING
4. CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS FOR OCCUPATION: - TCF ONLY – SEEKING HELP FR OUR MP DATUK TAN CHAI HO.
4.1 Cleanliness: corridor was washed once but not the parking bays. Awaiting for
BJD to approved $$$ for “ash-bins” to be placed at all entry levels (UG, LG, G
&1)

4.2 Mgmt office Staff: still no change of attitude or way of working
4.3 Water Charges: hv not get any reply fr BJD on request of reducing the rate/unit
4.4 In house Gas supply: awaiting for Gas M’sia – maybe in Sept 2005???
4.5 Renovation & Moving-In Deposit: hv reduced to RM2500 for wet renovation
(RM2200 = depo + RM300 = debris removal) & RM1000 for dry renovation
(RM850 = depo + RM150 = debris removal). Still very high & will request for
further reduction fr BJD

4.6 Segi Terang: they hv vacant the temporary office at 2nd Floor of Block B, which
is meant for our reading room !!!!. They are still around as they still hv many
units unfinished renovation works. Hopefully after this no more new business.
4.7 Roads & Parking Bays:
(a) Speed Humps – BJD has not approved $$$
(b) Covered Car Park - BJD said NO
(c) Lot Nos. – BJD has not approved $$$
(d) Parking Ceiling Leakage – was told being rectified BUT every time heavy
rain it leaks again
(e) Vehicle Stickers – can start to collect car sticker for FREE in exchanged of
the old sticker
(f) Main Entrance – both have been opened
(g) Lighting – still problem with block B parking bays
4.8 Water Pumps: still noisy in spite of being informed had been “fixed”
4.9 Maintenance Charges: We the committee still hv not paid fr July 2005 onwards
due to many unsettled issues & in cooperation fr BJD. We leave it to each one
of you to decide whether to start paying for July 2005 or not.
4.10 Insurance of the Apt: received a copy of the cover insurance
4.11 Children’s Playground: still not fixed – BJD has not approved $$$


2nd – Letter to Bukit Jalil Development – 8th July 2005:

1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
2. RENOVATION DEPOSIT
3. SEGI TERANG
4. TELEPHONE LINES/STREAMYX SERVICE
5. COMMON FACILITIES
6. RESIDENTS COMMITTEE OFFICE
7. Letter to Richman Consultants dated 6th June 2005

Note: Till today no reply from BJD.

Look forward for a better living at Jalil Damai.

Dear Commitee,

The wall beside the lift (or can I say entrance to the lift) is dirty at the blocks. Can we suggest to BJD to put some tiles on the wall ?

yeah..i agreed with you, because at Block F which is start collecting keys since June until now, not even half year, the entrance's wall is so dirty, and looking to others apartment and condo which is cheaper than JDA, most of the entrance wall is tiled.

tiling the common lift foyer? they can't even get the basics straightened out! and even if they agree, it's gonna come out of our sinking fund. there's no such thing as a free lunch, especially from BJD (discounting the publicity dinner they last held, that is) . Sad
